This is where you’ll find the trailer most days. Look for El Güero on the side — you can’t miss us. We also have pop-up events around the area so look for our tent, so check our social before you make a special trip.

Sundays and bad weather can change our plans, and pop-up days take us off the lot. Check our social before you make a special trip.

Our home base is Liberty Hill, and we’re parked there most days from 11 to 7. We also attend pop-up events and private parties around the surrounding area so look for our tent — ask us how far we’ll travel for yours.

Quinceañeras, birthdays, weddings, church festivals, school fundraisers, work parties — we bring the pop-up tent to you and serve your guests a menu special to your event. Tell us the date and we’ll take care of the rest.
Nuestra historia
A little bit of home, out of a trailer
Ricas Raspas El Guero started the way most good things do — with a family recipe and somebody saying you should sell these.
We shave every raspado to order, cut the fruit fresh that morning, and season everything the way we would at home. Nothing sits. Nothing is pre-made. That is the whole secret. Nothing beats REAL Fruit!
